Prise de petite taille qui réagit bien mais elle fait du bruit en position off, un silement non supportable dans une chambre par exemple et sur une HC2, elle envoie des dizaines de notifications, il faut l’exclure de l’interrogation, mais si elle passe en noeud mort, on ne peut le savoir que si on en a besoin. Pas très safe. Elle n’a même pas le retour de consommation.

Le bouton peut être utilisé pour contrôler la prise, mais elle ne peut être contrôlée par radio fréquence

Des interférences radio surviennent. Quelqu'un utilise peut être le même signal radiofréquence à proximité. Attendez quelques temps et réessayez.Vous pouvez également essayer d'exclure puis de ré-inclure la prise.Si le problème persiste, veuillez contacter votre revendeur.

La LED de la prise s’allume, mais impossible de contrôler le statut On/Off de l’équipement relié

L'équipement relié dispose peut être de son propre bouton On/Off. Mettez donc le bouton de l'équipement connecté sur On.Si le problème persiste, veuillez contacter votre revendeur.
