GCE Electronics Diode module for pilot wire

This module made up of two diodes allows you to manage your electric heating using a Pilot Wire.

Depending on the 230VAC alternating current source supply, this module will be able to generate the 4 Pilot Wire management orders: Comfort, Eco, Frost Protection or Off.

For wiring, the brown wire on the right corresponds to the positive half-wave and the one on the left to the negative half-wave (when the black wire is down). So by connecting your Pilot Wire to the black wire of the module, and by connecting each brown wire to a relay, you can use this method according to the following principle:

• Relays 1 and 2 OFF (No voltage) = COMFORT
• Relays 1 and 2 ON (Full alternation 230V AC) = ECO
• Relay 1 to OFF and 2 to ON (negative half-wave) = FROST PROTECTION
• Relay 1 to ON and 2 to OFF (positive half-wave) = OFF

To implement this system, you can use a Fibaro FGS-221 module or a relay card like the IPX800 V3.
