SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC - Reinforced Mureva Styl recessed power socket for electric vehicle

This reinforced socket 16A / 250V, recessed, waterproof IP55 and robust IK08, allows for charging an electric or rechargeable hybrid vehicle in difficult indoor and outdoor environments (garage, parking lot, etc.).

Equipped with an additional silver coating on the socket contacts, it improves energy transfer and limits heating to adapt to long, continuous, and repeated electrical loads.

The reinforced socket MUR36011 is a complete product and comes ready to use. It consists of a simple frame and a 2P+T reinforced socket mechanism with safety shutters (additional silver coating). Front/back sealing membrane and a transparent flap with icon complete it.

It is recommended to install a dedicated protection (not included) type R9PDCF20: differential circuit breaker 1P+N-20A-30mA-type FSi-curve C.

This reinforced socket promises great wiring ergonomics during installation. The socket mechanism, with screw connection (max 3x4mm²), is slim, snaps in and out without tools in a patented fully sealed area. The frame is compatible with market recessed boxes. Adjustment of the horizontal level is possible by a few degrees. A waterproof seal at the back ensures tightness and adapts to different wall surfaces. Its flap, with icon, together with a sealing membrane, is fixed with 2 metal threaded screws to ensure long-term robustness and tightness.
