Resetting is necessary if you want to connect your Smart Cable to another gateway, if you need to perform a factory reset to remove abnormal behavior, or if you need to reset accumulated registers and logs.
RESET STEPS
1. Connect the Smart Cable to the power outlet.
2. Press and hold the device button.
3. Hold the button down until the red LED flashes continuously, then release the button.
4. After releasing the button, the red LED will stay on for 2-5 seconds. During this time, the device should not be switched off or unplugged.

1. Power the Smart Cable.
2. The Smart Cable will begin searching (up to 15 minutes) for a Zigbee network to join.
3. Make sure the Zigbee network is open to join devices and accepts Smart Cable.
4. When searching for a network, the red LED flashes every second.
5. The Smart Cable is paired when the green LED is on.
