FIBARO Flood Sensor is the most beautiful and functional flood sensor ever made. Z-Wave compatible FIBARO Flood Sensor will protect your home from water leaks and flood. Flood Sensor design to be placed on a floor or wall.

It rains for a few days and water flooded the basement? Flood Sensor will send you information about the incident as soon as the first drops are detected. From now on, you can always react very quickly to prevent serious damages.

Flood Sensor will help you to configure underfloor heating. The device, put on the flood, sends temperature readings to the central unit. 2. Place the flood sensor in direct range of your Z-Wave controller.

3. Put your Z-Wave controller in exclusion mode (see controller manual).

4. Quickly press the TMP button three times.

5. Wait for the exclusion process to complete.

The FIBARO Flood Detector is equipped with an LED diode, it allows to display the operating modes and alarms of the detector.

The LED indicator also shows the Z-Wave network range and current temperature.

There is only one way to reset the FIBARO Flood Detector. The reset procedure clears the memory of the device, including all Z-Wave network and master controller information. The reset procedure does not remove the Sensor from the Z-Wave network master controller memory. Before resetting a detector, you must remove it from the Z-Wave network.

1. Check that the detector is powered.

2. Hold down the TMP button.

3. Wait 15-20 seconds for the LED to turn yellow to confirm entry into the 4th submenu.

4. Release the button and press once again.

5. Wait a moment until the LED turns red and an acoustic signal confirms the reset.

To enable Z-Wave network testing, the device must be added to the Z-Wave controller. The tests can stress the network, so it is recommended to perform the test only in special cases.

Follow the instructions below to test the range of the Z-Wave controller:

1. Press and hold the TMP button until the visual indicator turns purple.

2. Release the TMP button.

3. Briefly press the TMP button again.

4. The visual indicator will show the range of the Z-Wave network.

FLASHING GREEN – The detector is trying to establish direct communication with the main controller

GREEN – The detector is in direct communication with the main controller

FLASHING YELLOW – The detector is trying to establish communication with the main controller via other modules

YELLOW – The detector is in indirect communication with the main controller

FLASHING PURPLE – The detector is communicating with the controller at the limit of the controller's range

RED – The detector cannot connect to the main controller, either directly or through other nodes in the Z-Wave network

5. To exit the Z-Wave range test, short press the TMP button.

When you navigate in the menus, your position in the MENU is indicated by a color of the LED.

Press and hold the TMP button for at least 3 seconds to enter the MENU.

Each color corresponds to a different MENU level. Press the TMP button to confirm your choice.

WHITE - Confirmation of entry into the MENU
