RFP1000, the first USB key making your home multilangual !
RFP1000 connects wireless home automation devices already installed and works on the most commonly encountered protocols: Somfy RTS, Deltadore X2D (Alarm, Heater, ...), Visonic (Alarm), Chacon/Dio (Home Automation), Scientific Oregon, ...
RFP1000 is bidirectional and transmits and receives simultaneously radio frequencies 433 MHz and 868 MHz.
RFP1000 connects via USB to the main home automation box and multiplies their abilities to interact with their environment.
RFP1000 has the most sophisticated mechanisms to maximize performance:
- OSD (One Stage Decoder)
- LBT (Listen Before Talk)
- High noise immunity by filters SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave)
RFP1000 brings also 3 embedded functions : Parrot, Repeater abd Transcoder.
RFP1000 has other resources to handle protocols that are unknown to him. RFP1000 knows how to cooperate with the open source community through its interface compatible RFLINK.
RFP1000 saves the unknown frames radios and provides the software for analysis RFLINK box in the home automation. In addition, RFP1000 can transmit radio frames concocted by the RFLINK software.
If you teach him, PARROT will memorise with great precision the radio frequencies 433MHz and 868Mhz. PARROT just needs to listen, its understanding is phonetic.
Subsequently, it will be able to recognize in real time when they appear on the air, all useful information for home automation box and will transmit them back to the box Automation opportunely.
PARROT fits the unknown !
Automation transmissions are subject to scope issue. This is due to phenomenon called "fading", that can occur even in a relative proximity between the transmitter and receiver signal, and in intrinsic signal attenuation with distance.
RFP1000 plugs into a 220V-USB power supply mode "stand-alone" will ensure repeater function, which will re-amplify the signal by significantly reducing the probability of fading.
The range is therefore greatly increased and radiofrequency exchanges with improved reliability.
Repetition is smart:
- The frames are recognized and reshaped,
- RFP1000 expect the best moment to retransmit the signal to prevent radio frequency collision.
The TRANSCODER function enables the repeater to convert on the fly frames of a protocol to another protocol output, including those stored by PARROT.
A single remote control with numerous channels can replace several remote controls from other manufacturers with fewer channels.
A locked Automation box (without USB port) may extend the scope of its protocols covered.
A new alarm, previously unreachable, can be take into account.

Intégration parfaite dans Jeedom, apprentissage très facile pour les modules standards (essayé avec du Chacon et Somfy), compliqué pour certaines chinoiseries pourtant bien intéressantes (interrupteurs télécommandés 433 Mhz par exemple
