Why is my device offline sometimes?
1. It may be placed too far from the hub or there may be metal obstacles in between, try moving it closer to the hub.
2. The battery may be exhausted and need to be replaced.
Note: In order to get the best experience, please update the hub firmware regularly to ensure compatibility and stable communication between devices.
