My FIBARO Motion Sensor has stopped communicating with my Z-Wave controller.

1. The FIBARO Motion Sensor is no longer powered.

The FIBARO Motion Sensor must be powered. Check if your detector is receiving power by opening the housing cover and checking the battery. Then close the case and put it back in place.

2. FIBARO Motion Sensor has been reset.

After resetting the FIBARO Motion Sensor, it returns to its default settings. To use it, you must again make the inclusion to your Z-Wave controller.

3. The FIBARO Motion Sensor is out of range of the Z-Wave controller.

The FIBARO Motion Sensor is out of range of the Z-Wave controller. It must be within direct range of the Z-Wave controller or within range of another node on the Z-Wave mesh network.

4. The battery is almost discharged.

Replace the battery by opening the housing cover. Then close the case and put it back in place.

5. The FIBARO Motion Sensor is damaged

Please contact your dealer to initiate the warranty procedure for your FIBARO Motion Sensor.
