I cannot manage to include my FIBARO Smoke Sensor to my Z-Wave controller.

1. FIBARO Smoke Sensor is already included with another Z-Wave controller.

The FIBARO Smoke Sensor must be deleted using the Z-Wave controller or must be reset as follows:

a) press and hold button B until the LED turns yellow.

b) release button B and press it again. You can then replace your Sensor.

2. The FIBARO Smoke Sensor is too far from the Z-Wave controller.

The FIBARO Smoke Sensor must be within direct range of the Z-Wave controller during the inclusion process.

3. The FIBARO Smoke Sensor is not powered

The FIBARO Smoke Sensor must be powered. Please check your Sensor's power supply. Then close the case and put it back in place.

If your FIBARO Smoke Sensor is mains powered, be sure to disconnect the power before opening the case.

4. The FIBARO Smoke Sensor has a different frequency (EU, US, or ANZ) than your Z-Wave controller.

The FIBARO Smoke Sensor must operate on the same Z-Wave frequency (EU, US, or ANZ) as your Z-Wave controller. Please contact your dealer to exchange it.

5. The FIBARO Smoke Sensor is damaged.

Please contact your dealer to initiate the warranty procedure.
